The team is wonderful and tries to accomodate you as much as they can. However, turnaround of messages is a bit unusual and seems a bit slow. But once one gets the pace of it, it works out just fine. This has been my first time and so I did not know what to expect. I hope they keep it up. They seem to know what they are doing. Now if they could only automate this scheduling they get to seven stars:-)

We had BA come in for a move out clean. The ladies they sent were quick and efficient. Even though we weren’t 100% prepared for them upon their arrival, they were so nice and just started cleaning where they could. Once we had everything moved out of their way, they worked hard to catch up on time and did a great job. This was our second great experience, as when we moved into the same place 4 years ago, they did a move in clean for us and we were incredibly happy then. Thanks again ladies!!

The cleaning team was amazing. I needed my house cleaned in preparation for a big dinner event I was hosting. I’d asked them to clean the bathrooms, living room, dining room and my wood floors. They went above and beyond the call of duty. When I got home, they’d cleaned everything I asked and more. They cleaned my room, my daughter’s room, and my kitchen. They even vacuumed our rooms. The entire house was immaculate. I couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend them. The price was reasonable and the ladies were very nice. Will be sure to use them again.

I was in a tight spot because I was moving out and my scheduled cleaners cancelled on me at the last minute. I called BA House Cleaning and they were able to do me a favor and send over two cleaners within 30 minutes to do my final move out clean. They did an excellent job and my old place was sparkling when they left.

I am so happy with the job that BA House Cleaning did. I have lived in a small one bedroom apartment for over four years. While I do keep up with the basic stuff, I admit the place was definitely in need of a deep, thorough and professional cleaning. I was able to get a quote on their website instantly and book a cleaning while at work. They showed up on time and did a great job in less time than I thought. There prices are not cheap but worth the great job they do and the convenience of booking online, great customer service via email and phone . I came home to a sparkling clean house. It is the first time that I scheduled for a thorough cleaning for my house. I have three dogs and one cat. Lots of dog and cat hair all around. I was so amazed when I get home that the ladies was able to do their job well and efficiently. Floors, bathroom and kitchen was so clean! Thumbs up!
